1. Shipping and Delivery: Currently we only offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays. 

2. Returns and Exchanges: Sorry, because we are a very small business we do not accept returns or refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for the purchase total, not including tax and shipping. We take pride in our stickers and other products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or there was an error in the shipment, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged items or packaging for our records. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or credit in such cases.​

4. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us via email with your order details. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

5. Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for payment. Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store any credit card information on our servers.

6. Privacy and Security: We value your privacy and take all necessary measures to protect your personal information. Your data will only be used for order processing, shipping, and occasional promotional emails if you choose to subscribe.

7. Custom Orders: We love creating custom stickers! If you're interested in a personalized design, please contact us to discuss the details, including design, quantity, and timeline. Custom orders may have different processing times and pricing.
